FILMATIC PS

Fully automated high-performance turret winder for stretch film applications

PS (Performance Stretch) represents superb film roll quality when producing stretch film. Two winding units positioned on top of each other in a laterally offset arrangement and the unique winding shaft bearing assembly ensure perfect roll edges. Identical web paths through both wind units guarantee consistent roll quality. Furthermore, the FILMATIC PS offers an innovative feature to optimize and maintain the winding hardness during winding.

FILMATIC II T

The innovative turret winder provides highest winding quality maintaining a small footprint.

The new FILMATIC II T winder is characterized by its compact design made possible by arranging the two winding stations one above the other, therefore requiring less floor space. In addition to the new operation and safety concept, the maximum possible roll diameter has been increased in the second generation, which results in an additional 17,5% of film on a roll.

FILMATIC II O

The Filmatic II O is optimized to cover the product range of the OPTIMEX II blown film line.

The OPTIMEX II is in turn optimized to cover the requirements of the most common blown film products ranging from collation shrink films with multiple ups and lamination films with moderate surface properties to shrink and stretch hoods.

With the introduction of the OPTIMEX II, the FILMATIC II O was completely redesigned with a new roll change system. In the main winding direction, the flying knife cuts the film allowing the film roll to remain in contact with the contact roller. This feature is complemented by a lay-on roller, which can control the amount of air entrapment inside the film roll. The newcomer also features reverse winding as well a state-of-the art safety concept and is available for working width of up to 2600 mm.

FILMATIC II N

Modular surface/center/gap winder for demanding applications, with optional automation levels.

The FILMATIC II N was developed for perfect roll quality, even for films that are difficult to process. Two independently operating center drives provide precise tension control during indexing, while a weight-compensated and highly accurate lay-on roll ensures perfect roll edges during gap winding from the moment the new roll is started.
