V1.15 - RUBY Check

(1/1) New Feature

  • Added the visualization of DEFECT-CHECK training intervals to the activity bar.
  • Reduced loading times for the job selection table.

Your Advantages

With the 1.15 release, discover the enhanced capabilities of RUBY Check as we now provide valuable insights into reference image modifications. Explore the areas where your operators have chosen to refine reference images, empowering you to incorporate these updates into your quality assessment process.

  • Track changes in reference images for your job effortlessly, ensuring accuracy and precision in your assessments.
  • Enjoy lightning-fast job searches, saving you valuable time and helping you find the perfect opportunity quickly and efficiently.

V1.15 - RUBY Track

(1/4) New Feature

  • Split downtimes

Your Advantages

  • RUBY records a downtime automatically from the machine data, but it cannot know if the whole downtime was used for multiple reasons (for example cleaning and break).
  • Now the operator gets the possibility to split this downtime afterward and set separate downtime reasons.
  • Like this, your analysis is based on correct downtime data.

(2/4) New Feature

  • Edit times of a job

[Placement: RUBY Track > Job details]

Your Advantages

  • The job and product analysis is irregular, if the job ID is not entered correctly by the operator (for example, when job change was too late or not done at all).
  • With this feature, you get the possibility to correct the job borders and the setup times from the office when you recognize such a mistake in the data.

(3/4) New Feature

  • Edit scheduled non-production
[Placement: RUBY Go > Trending]

Your Advantages

  • It is possible to set a regular scheduled non-production (for example on the weekend) or let the operator start the production break via button press.
  • Now you can simply edit these times later from the office, if they were not recorded correctly.

(4/4) New Feature

  • Allow access to KPIs via REST API

[Placement: Admin > API Access]

Your Advantages

  • Export the key performance indicators (KPIs), downtime reasons and downtime locations to your own system and create customized reports.

V1.15 - Connect 4 Flow

(1/1) New Feature

  • Node RED template for ESKO XML files

Note: To activate that interface please contact your local W&H service sales agent. Please also check for the API documentation in the Admin area.

Your Advantages

  • This feature allows you to enable a file-based workflow with your existing XML output.
  • No direct implementation of the Ruby API required.
