The CONVERTEX automatic block bottom valve bag conversion line is specially designed for the production of AD proTex ® valve bags of highest quality at unmatched speed and efficiency. The SL (sack line) machines combine a wide format range with an extensive option list to differentiate your bag portfolio while the CL (cement line) concentrates on highest outputs for the cement sacks. Based on decades of Windmöller & Hölscher technological leadership, the proven solutions employed in high-speed paper sack production have been applied successfully to woven fabric production, thus being able to offer the fastest conversion lines in the market. Highly advanced and patented optional add-ons such as the NANOTEX CYCLO nanoperforation unit open up unprecedented possibilities for maximizing venting, dust retention and residual bag strength (Light and Strong – LS) for AD proTex ® bags.
