Digitize your job preparation with the new W&H connectivity module
The connectivity module RUBY Connect 4 Flow provides a fully automated, bi-directional workflow from your central ERP/MES system to your W&H machines.
It allows experts to prepare the job with all relevant machine parameter settings like temperatures, tensions etc. conveniently from the office and to send all this data digitally to the subsequent job level of the different machines. There you only have to select the next job from the list and all machine parameter settings are already done at the push of a button.
In addition to saving time and avoiding errors, this also enables a completely new way of working: all your know-how can be centralized in your ERP/MES system and then digitally transferred to the various machines with RUBY Connect 4 Flow.

- Incl. comprehensive api documentation and tutorials
- For new W&H printing presses or extrusion lines - interface costs once per connected machine
- Retrofits to be checked (interface costs + upgrade / update costs)
- Modification of the ERP system has to be done by the customer – we can only assist (extra efforts to be charged on actuals)
- Templates for file-based data exchange are provided by W&H
- Partnership with leading ERP supplier THEURER for printing and flexible packaging industry
