ECOTEX
The ECOTEX extrusion coating/laminating line offers superior coating/laminating and efficient operation at high speed. Although especially designed for the needs of woven bag coating, the machine offers outstanding flexibility and allows for coating or sandwich-laminating of a wide range of substrates such as woven fabric, paper, OPP-film and nonwoven. Because of its double wide layout, tubular fabrics are coated on both sides in one go. Its modular concept allows the line to be executed to suit individual needs whereas its user friendly design offers unprecedented ease of handling. Options like the BOPP unwinding units and particularly the automatic roll change at full speed make the ECOTEX the most versatile and productive machine on the market. The machine is available as ECOTEX 1600L in mono-extrusion, as ECOTEX 1600LC in co-extrusion for very specific applications, or as ECOTEX CL which is specifically tailored to the needs of AD proTex ® bag production.
