Performance Check - Together we increase your productivity and quality sustainably
During the Performance Check, our W&H experts evaluate the current potential of your machine and your production environment. To gain initial knowledge, first data is collected and a customer questionnaire is analyzed. Based on this data, our W&H team of experts will check the condition of your machine, the production processes, the use of assistance systems and the environment of your production on site. As a result of this data, performance deficiencies in the interfaces between people and machines as well as the production environment can be identified and optimized at an early stage.
After the data has been collected and analyzed on site, you will receive a detailed report with recommendations for action and an overview of the current performance of your machine.
The Performance Check helps to avoid downtimes and consequential damages and to react and plan according to the requirements and situation. After successful implementation of the recommendations for action from the Performance Check, your productivity and quality will increase sustainably.
