In your personalised customer account, which is protected by a user name and password, your W&H machines are deposited for you. Our integrated Parts and Documentation Explorer (PDE) system allows you a detailed overview of parts and documents. This ensures that the ordering process is even more efficient for you and will save you a noticeable amount of time.

With the W&H Shop you are able to quickly and easily process inquiries and orders online. In addition we enable you to fill and process shopping cards within your company and across users. This enables an even more efficient enquiry and order process as well as the option of handling sourcing processes as a team.
The quick orders tool enables the transfer of enquiries and orders from your enterprise resource planning system. You can copy and paste W&H material numbers and quantities from your system directly into our shop to add multiple goods to the shopping card. You can also create additional users internally and assign individual approval concepts so your companies approval processes and guidelines are also applied in the W&H Shop.
