With two FILMEX cast film lines running at speeds of up to 2,000 ft/min, management says the lines are performing beautifully, a rather impressive feat for an organic start-up plant. “Initially we had some issues that needed to be resolved, but we worked with W&H service and their IDC team to resolve those issues quickly and we were very satisfied with that process,“ said Benjamin Wang, General Plant Manager. “The W&H technology is highly sophisticated, fully-automated and very dependable. Furthermore, film performance along with roll quality are great, making it ready for us to send out West.”
AmTopp and the whole Inteplast Group produce only thin-gauge products to minimize production waste. All their products are 100% recyclable and will not adversely affect ground water or pollute the air. Well done!
